Low-Carb Biscuit with Gravy
Is meal cozier with biscuits and gravy? It’s hard to assume if you never heard it, and I believe you don’t think so too. I hadn’t tried cooking gravy and I’ve never been an avid fan if you might ask me; not until I’ve been in keto diet and until experimenting recipes which I duly love the most.

Such low-carb biscuits are very lightweight, soft and flavorful. Perhaps you would like to produce a dual stack! I have been using regular cheddar to render the cheese in each of these biscuits. You could use any type of cheddar, like sharp or white cheddar. I promise you that tastes heavenly.
So I first fried the sausage in a pan for the low carb sausage gravy till it was done. With the cream and chicken broth, I sprinkled the xanthan gum on the bottom of that when the sausage was fried. I’ve blended everything up and then let it heat till it’s dense.

For the gravy, make the sausage yellow-brown over moderate heat in a big pot and crumble. In the same process, you may then add the broth, heavy cream and xanthan gum in the pot. Mix together. Turn down the heat to cool, and keep simmering it until the gravy is now dense. Add some salt and pepper of your proportion. Take it out of from the heat.
⠀Pro tip: Do not completely and fully combine the biscuit batter. This may result of you will having pancake-like sort of if the mixture of these two wasn’t observed well. It should be clumpy. After melting it for a moment, just let butter melt, placing a little piece of hot butter and combine to let it cool down with the butter. To plump up with xanthan gum you have to let the weight cool down a bit too. It is going to appear pretty smooth until you turn off the heat for a moment.
Try testing with the ingredients to create unique alterations if you like this version. Like for example, alternate the cheddar cheese to mozzarella which will make it even creamier. You may add garlic powder or add salt to taste.
