So the main question here is what is lost when you juice. As great as it is to be able to spout fact and source links to why juicing is amazing, ect. Is fine, but, you really need to ensure you are answering the main question.
Fiber.
Fiber is what is lost when you juice fresh fruits or vegetables. Some vitamins phytonutrients, and minerals can be lost, but mainly fiber is the biggest concern. This is not always the case, however. Some juicers, and even blenders, retain the fiber through it’s pulp. You can add the pulp to the juice to retain the fibers or add it as an addition to a different meal. So, it is difficult to say if any nutritional value is lost, as it all depends on what product you use to make your drink, and how you choose to drink it.
Blending is often a good option that can provide more of the fruit and vegetables nutrients and benefits, but again that depends solely on the product you use to create it.
There are a ton of false truths that are being spread out there for this topic, but it is important to focus on the facts. It is not a fact that juicing is healthier than eating whole fruits or vegetables as there is no scientific evidence that points to this.
